Description of the position
Information Communication & Technology (ICT) Junior Officer
Required number: 1 (one)
Nature of Service: Contract
Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, mass communication, or related field from recognized educational institution with proven knowledge in information communication and technology. In addition, candidate should have minimum 2 years of professional experience in ICT systems administration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update organizational email, update websites, app and social media
Knowledge of CMS to operationalize the online portal of MuAN
Maintain database of books and reports published by MuAN
Manage information resources, implement information security measures, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration within and outside of the organization.
Develop and implement information management strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and support the organization's overall goals and objectives through efficient use of information technology.
Upload and update for media coverage and coordinate with media as required
Assist in internal information flow and employee updates
Perform other ICT-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
Advance knowledge of DBMS will be preferred

Nature of Assessment: Skill test and interview
Age limit: 21 years and not exceeding 35 years
