Naulo Ghumti Nepal (NGN) Vacancy for Public Health Officer

Naulo Ghumti Nepal (NGN), a non-governmental organization, is implementing the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) in Kaski District with financial support from Good Neighbors International (GNI) Nepal. The project aims to improve the quality of life of poor and vulnerable communities, particularly children, through interventions in Education, Child Protection, Health & WASH, and Income-Generating Activities. NGN invites applications from qualified, motivated, and result-oriented candidates for the following position:

Position: Public Health Officer (PHO)

NGN Level: 4

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health.
•  At least one year of relevant work experience.
•  Strong knowledge of community health and WASH programs.
•  Practical experience in social mobilization.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training programs for FCHVs, HMGs, W/S-WASH-CCs, HFOMCs, PMCs, child club members, parents, and community groups.
• Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork, adaptability, and report-writing skills in both Nepali and English.
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications and internet usage.
•  Valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory)

Salary and Benefits: Gross monthly salary of NPR 39,641 will be provided in accordance with the organization’s rules and regulations.
