Center for Equal Access Development (CEAD) Nepal is a non-profitable NGO from Doti District working in the sector of health, nutrition, child protection, Safe Migration, child sponsorship and good governance along with other sectors of community development since 2063 B.S.
In partnership with United Mission to Nepal Sudurpashim Province Cluster, CEAD Nepal is implementing Improving Healthcare System of Bogatan, Doti, Nepal (IHS) Phase II Projects in Bogatan Phudshil Rural Municipality, Doti. CEAD Nepal is looking for potential Nepalese candidates to fulfill the following vacant positions:

Completed Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) & Staff Nurse/Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)/Auxiliary health worker (AHW), or equivalent with at least one year of experience in community health projects.
Working experience in community health projects particularly maternal and child health, adolescent sexual and reproductive health in general.
Good coordination and facilitationskills.
Good group mobilization skills
Basic understanding in disability inclusion, gender, climate change, and conflict sensitivity.
Good communication skills, able to work together with various teams.
Good in English and Nepali language both written and speaking as necessary.
Able to support other members or staffs.
Committed to CEAD’s Mission, Vision, and living organization Values, with having full integrity.
Able to thrive in a situation of change and uncertainty.
Capacity to work on pressures to meet deadlines and stress management.
Able to work on cross-cultural team dynamics.
