Position: Intern- Finance
Duty station: Kathmandu
Duration: 6 months
Required number: 1
The Intern- Finance will support the Administration and Finance Department in executing the organization’s day-to day administration and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recording expenses, advances, and settlements in the accounting system.
Support timely payments to staff, utilities, office supplies, vendor, and other stakeholders.
Support for the timely settlement of advances.
Support to prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
Assist in procurement documentation.
Other duties as assign by the supervisor.
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Work experience in a related field, preferably in the development sector (NGOs), is an advantage.
Knowledge of MS office and accounting software application; working experience with FAMAS is an advantage.
Willingness to learn financial and administrative procedure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with integrity.
