Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services Vacancy for Community Mobilizer
Position: Community Mobilizer (1 person – Sarumarani Rural Municipality)
Minimum Educational Qualification: Passed at least ANM, AHW, or HA and gained experience in maternal, newborn, child health, and nutrition programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Directly engage with the community as a frontline worker to conduct basic maternal, newborn, and child health activities.
- Prepare work plans for quality implementation of project activities.
- Provide technical support to Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) and enhance their capacity.
- Manage group mobilization, ensure timely reporting and documentation of relevant documents, and manage local data.

Priority: Special priority will be given to local residents of the rural municipality and candidates with relevant experience.
