Tarangini Mahila Adhikar Prashikshyan Kendra (Tarangini Foundation), established in 2017, is a non-profit organization working to advance women's rights through feminist movement documentation, self-care promotion, and Feminist Mentoring that strengthens self-representative feminist leadership.

Field Program Officer (1)
Duty Station: Kavrepalanchowk
Required Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, monitor, and report project activities in coordination with the Program Coordinator and partners organization.
Coordinate with local governments, women's groups, community organizations, media, and other stakeholders.
Facilitate training, workshops, mentoring sessions, campaigns, and community dialogues.
Conduct field monitoring, collect project data, document success stories, and prepare reports in Nepali and English.
Support proposal development, advocacy initiatives, networking, and organizational communication.
Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of gender equality, women's rights, feminism, and social inclusion.
Facilitation, communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
Experience in field monitoring, documentation, and data collection.
Good command of Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
Ability to work independently and in teams, with frequent field travel.
Commitment to safeguarding, accountability, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
