International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.
1. Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant
Required Number: 1
Location: Bijayanagar Rural Municipality, Kapilvastu
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder will support the implementation of the project's monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities. The position is responsible for collecting, verifying, analysing, and reporting project data to ensure quality implementation of livelihood and disaster risk reduction interventions. The M&E Assistant will work closely with project staff, community stakeholders, and partner organizations to track project progress, measure results, and support evidence-based decision-making.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
Intermediate in statics, Economics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Disaster Management, Rural Development, or a related field.
Minimum one years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of development or humanitarian projects is an added advantage.
Experience working on livelihood, food security, climate resilience, or disaster risk reduction projects.
Training in Monitoring & Evaluation or Data Management is desirable.
Experience using digital data collection platforms (KoboTool box, PMIS, Comm Care etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valid Nepal government motor bike riding license.
Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
2. Position: Admin and Finance Assistant
Required Number: 1
Location: Nepalgunj, Banke
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible to support daily administrative and financial operations by assisting with record keeping, data entry, basic accounting tasks, and office coordination. The role involves supporting budget and expenses tracking, processing payments, maintaining financial documents, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, under the guidance of Admin Officer/Finance Coordinator and relevant staff.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
PCL in Management.
Bookkeeping and accounting management skills and training.
At least three years of work experience in Administration and Finance.
Good oral and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Knowledge of income tax act.
Excellent knowledge of Computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Email and especially excel sheet).
Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
3. Position: Community Development Facilitator
Required Number: 1
Location: Khadachakra Municipality, Kalikot
Purpose of the Job:
The post holder is responsible to facilitate community mobilization, strengthen local ownership, build the capacity of community groups, and organize training, workshops, and awareness activities. The role also serves as a bridge between communities, local government, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of project activities and sustainable community development.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:
Health Assistant or CMA/ANM-health related education.
Two years’ experience in health and development related project.
Good working knowledge of participatory development approach through facilitation.
Good communication skills in Nepali and local language.
Good facilitation skills.
Good planning and organizing.
Report writing and documentation skills.
Good computer knowledge MS Word and Excel.
Commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion.
Understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF Nepal.
4. Position: Community Development Facilitator
Required Number: 4
Location: Rapti Sonari Rural Municipality, Banke and Bijayanagar Rural Municipality, Kapivastu
Purpose of the Job:
To post holder responsible for mobilizing and supporting local communities in implementing project activities that promote climate-resilient agriculture, youth empowerment, sustainable natural resource management, and community resilience. The facilitator serves as the primary link between the project team, local governments, community groups, and beneficiaries, ensuring effective participation, capacity building, and successful delivery of project activities.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
JT/JTA completion with minimum five years livelihood/agriculture market sectors and climate change and DRR related project. OR
I.Sc in agriculture completion with minimum three years livelihood /agriculture market sectors and climate change/DRR related project.
Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) and community planning.
Knowledge of DRR, CCA, and livelihood programming.
Good facilitation skills.
Good planning and organizing.
Report writing and documentation skills.
Valid Nepal government motor bike riding license.
Good computer knowledge MS Word and Excel.
Commitment to humanitarian principles, safeguarding, gender equality, and inclusion.
