Call for Applications — Key Personnel

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) is applying for a call for proposals related to women and youth and is seeking to identify qualified individuals for the key personnel positions listed below, to be proposed as part of the project's technical team. The engagement of selected candidates is subject to funding availability and successful award of the grant by the donor.
Note: The positions listed below are intended to assess the applicant's technical capacity to implement the project deliverables.
GEDSI = Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion | MEL = Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning
Positions and Selection Criteria
1. Project Manager
Education: Social work, development studies, gender studies, public administration, or related field
Relevant Experience: 7+ years in program management, life skills, GEDSI, or youth empowerment, with at least 4 years in Madhesh Province
Language Proficiency: At least 3 languages: local language, Nepali, English
2. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Personnel
Education: Statistics, social sciences, development studies, or related field
Relevant Experience: 3+ years in MEL for development projects, with demonstrated experience in data collection, indicator tracking, and reporting, preferably including gender- and caste-disaggregated data management
Language Proficiency: At least 3 languages: local language, Nepali, English
3. GEDSI Expert
Education: Gender studies, social sciences, development studies, or related field
Relevant Experience: 5+ years in GEDSI programming, gender-responsive planning, civic engagement, or women's empowerment
Language Proficiency: At least 3 languages: local language, Nepali, English
