International Nepal Fellowship (Ne
pal) is a Non-Government Organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal.
For the following position, INF Nepal on behalf of INF Australia is seeking competent, skilled, service oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who shares our vision, mission, and values.
Position: Program and Monitoring Manager
Required Number: 1
Contract Type: Special Contract (renewed annually)
Location: Pokhara, with frequent travel to INF Nepal and INF Australia working areas
Purpose of the Job:
The position holder is responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, safeguarding, and overall effectiveness of INF Australia–funded partner projects. Additionally, He/She need to focus on strengthening the organisational capacity of local partners, with particular emphasis on supporting the operation of INF Nepal’s Community Health and Development (CHD) program.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
Must have a Master’s degree in Social Science or Development Studies or Management or in any relevant field.
Minimum of five years of experience in development field in NGO setting or at least five years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and partner management.
Demonstrated experience in community development, safeguarding, gender, and disability inclusion.
Ability to maintain and implement safeguarding standards (ACFID/ANCP), remain updated on CP, PSEAH, and environmental safeguarding, and conduct safeguarding health checks and ongoing risk monitoring
Understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities and the national and provincial policies and guidelines regarding the same.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
Good communication and documentation abilities in English.
Commitment to INF values, safeguarding, and inclusion.
Good understanding of, and agreement with, the values which are important to INF.
