RDC Nepal is going to implement Sabal Balika Sabal Samudaya (SaBaSS) in partnership with Plan International Nepal at Sarlahi District. Connecting to this program, we would like to invite application from the interested Nepalese candidates who are eligible, accountable and have the ability to deliver results with the highest level of integrity for the following positions:
Positions/Nos.: Project Coordinator (PC)- 1
Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in public health/nutrition/WASH/ Social Science or relevant discipline.
Key Skills and Knowledge: Sound understanding and skills on project cycle management of multisectoral, multidisciplinary and complex nature of community development; master’s degree with 3 years relevant experience or bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience.
Positions/Nos.: Admin and Finance Officer (AFO)- 1
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance/business management
Key Skills and Knowledge: Minimum 3 years’ working experience in development sector, sound understanding of FAMAS, True Book and skills in project finance management meeting organizational policy and donor compliance.
Positions/Nos.: Sub- Engineer (SE)- 1
Academic Qualification: Diploma in civil engineering (Sub-engineering)
Key Skills and Knowledge: At least 3 years of work experience in school infrastructures including WASH.
Positions/Nos.: Field Supervisor (FS)-2
Academic Qualification: Intermediate/+2
Key Skills and Knowledge: At least 3 years’ working experience in the field of Nutrition, WASH, ECD, protection and Education.
Salary and Benefits: As per the organization's rules and regulations.
Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
Additional Documents: Council Certificate of Nepal (only for Sub- Engineer)
