terre des hommes Germany is an international children's aid organization is looking for young, energetic and dedicated Program Coordinator in its Nepal Office based in Inar Pulchowk, Lalitpur, Nepal
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates having proven knowledge and working experience on, climate change, climate finance, environment protection, renewal energy, project cycle management, partnership management, proposal and report writing and budget planning and monitoring. Familiarity with child rights, child protection, gender, and social inclusion is highly preferred.
Demonstrated prior experience in organizing capacity-building activities for partner organizations, particularly in areas such as climate change, environmental protection, renewable energy, energy planning, child rights, and environmental rights.
Willingness to travel frequently to remote areas for project monitoring and partner support.
Professional training in the related discipline is desirable.
Master’s degree in Energy and Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in development sectors.
Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and relevant project management tools.
