Community Impact Nepal Vacancy for Social Mobilizer

Community Impact Nepal is working to fight poverty and build resilient communities across Nepal. We provide innovative tools, effective farming methods, and training, empowering rural communities and farmers to increase farm yields and build a resilient income.

We're looking for a Social Mobilizer for our projects in Jajarkot & Rukum after the earthquake. We are working to introduce a new earthquake-resistant and eco-friendly construction material – CSEB interlocking bricks and sell machines and training to local entrepreneurs and small businesses. 

Social mobilization

• Explain to the local communities the advantages of CSEB interlocking brick technology

• Arrange meetings and activities in the local community

• Keep in regular contact with our entrepreneurs and help them expand their enterprise. 

• Meet and coordinate with local NGOs and INGO representatives

• Conduct project activities as per the project plan

Local government Liaison

• Coordinate and arrange meetings with Palikas, Ward offices

• Promote our technology to the local government for government construction projects

• Build a relationship with the local governments

Field sales

• Meet potential customers and explain our technology to sell our machines

• Make sales calls, follow-ups, and visits

• Respond to incoming inquiries

• Make meetings and presentations, and represent the company in events
