Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (a subsidiary company of Global IME Bank Limited), which has a "D" category license from Nepal Rastra Bank, has to permanently fill the following positions to work in rural areas and underprivileged groups; along with applications from interested and qualified candidates. Vacancy Details:

1. Department Heads/ Assistant (Risk Management/ Training/ Internal Auditor Deapartment)

Category/Level: Managerial/ Officer/ Assistant

Required Number: Few

Required Educational Qualification:

Risk Management/ Training Department:

a)Managerial Level: Must have a master's degree from a recognized university, or similar, and have at least 5 years of work experience in bank or financial institution. or passed a bachelor having at least 7 years of working experience in related area.

b) Officer Level: Passed Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university. (Preference will be given to those having 5 years of work experience in bank or financial institution/ organized institutions).

Internal Auditor Department:

a) Managerial Level: Having passed master's from a recognized university and having 5 years working experience organized institutions; Or having passed Chartered Accountancy (CA/ACCA) or passed Bachelor's degree having 7 years of working experience in related area

b) Officer Level: Passed Bachelor's degree from a recognized university and having at least 3 years of work experience in a bank and financial institution or having passed Chartered Accountancy course CAP-II/IPCC Level (Semi Qualified CA) and having at least 5 years of work experience in related area.

c) Assistant Level: Passed a proficiency certificate from a recognized university and having 2 years of working experience in a organized institution; Or having passed Chartered Accountancy course CAP-II/IPCC Level (Semi Qualified CA)

2. Position: Province Head / Internal Auditor

Category/Level: Officer

Required Number: Few

Required Educational Qualification:

• Province Head: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university and 5 years of working experience in an authorized position in a microfinance institution. Also, priority will be given to those who have done monitoring work.

• For Monitoring Officer: Passed Bachelor or equivalent examination from a recognized university and working as a branch head in a microfinance institution with at least 3 years of working experience or passed a proficiency certificate or similar examination and having at least 5 years of working experience as an auditor branch head in a microfinance financial institution. Also, priority will be given to those who have done monitoring work.

3. Position: Branch Head

Category/Level: Officer / Assistant

Required Number: Few

Required Educational Qualification:

• Official category: Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent examination and having at least 2 years of working experience in the position of supervisor or senior assistant in microfinance.

• Assistant Category (Supervisor/Senior Assistant/Assistant): Passed Proficiency Certificate level or equivalent examination from a recognized university and have at least 3 years of work experience in microfinance institutions. (Preference will be given to those working as Branch Head.)

4. Position: Field Assistant

Category/Level: Assistant

Required Number: Few

Required Educational Qualification:

• Assistant: at least 3 years of work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions after passing a Proficiency Certificate or similar examination.

• Junior Assistant: At least SEE or equivalent examination and having Minimum 1-year working experience in Microfinance.

• Assistant Trainee Assistant: At least pass in SEE or equivalent.

Additional Informaiton:

Age: Managerial Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years and Officer Level: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 40 years and Assistant Category: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years. (Five years will be added to the upper age limit in case of female candidates). There is no age limit for the employees working in this disaster organization

Type of Examination: Written, practical, and interview - any or all of these may be taken.

Others: Preference will be given to those who have two wheeler driving license.
