Location: Corporate Office, Naxal, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field from a recognized university
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the General Insurance industry, specifically within the Agriculture Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Agriculture Department
• Evaluate agricultural insurance proposals and documentation
• Conduct field inspections and prepare inspection/claim assessment reports
• Coordinate with farmers, cooperatives, financial institutions, stakeholders, and government authorities
• Handle agricultural insurance subsidy-related procedures with Government of Nepal authorities
• Conduct awareness, outreach, and training programs related to agricultural insurance
• Support development and promotion of agricultural insurance products and business growth initiatives
• Maintain departmental records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Desired Skills:

• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of agricultural insurance policies, claims, and regulatory procedures
• Ability to conduct field visits and prepare analytical reports
• Leadership, training, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting
